How long does shipping take?

All orders ship from our US warehouse within 24-48 hours. Standard US shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) available at checkout for $12.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship to the US and Canada. International shipping coming soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified.

Is shipping really free?

Yes! Free standard US shipping on all orders over $40. No promo code needed.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. All Glowria products are 100% cruelty-free and certified vegan. Never tested on animals.

Are they safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Every product is dermatologist-tested and free from parabens, sulfates, and artificial fragrances. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test first.

What's K-Beauty and why is it different?

K-Beauty (Korean Beauty) is a skincare philosophy focused on consistent rituals, clean ingredients, and long-term skin health — not just covering imperfections. It's about achieving "glass skin" — skin so hydrated and healthy it looks luminous.

How long until I see results?

Most products show visible results in 2-4 weeks of consistent use. Some, like our Orange Glow Gel, give an immediate glow within minutes.

Is checkout secure?

Can I change my order after placing it?

Yes, within 2 hours of placing the order. Email us at hello@glowria.co ASAP. After 2 hours, the order is processed for shipping and cannot be changed.
