All orders ship from our warehouse in Pennsylvania, USA.

Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm EST ship same day. Orders after 2pm EST ship next business day. We do not ship on weekends or US federal holidays.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track anytime at the courier's website.
Lost packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find it: check with neighbors, look in safe places. If you still can't find it after 48 hours, email us at hello@glowria.co. We'll replace it at no cost.

- We send you a prepaid return label
- Drop the package at any USPS location
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Refund timeline
Refunds appear in your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Credit card statements can take 5-10 days to show the refund.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item: email us within 7 days with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost — you keep or dispose of the original.
